University Medical Center is a non-profit 588-bed hospital, which was founded in 1931 and is affiliated with the University of Nevada School of Medicine. UMC serves the medical needs of Southern Nevada and parts of California, Utah and Arizona as well as the millions of visitors to the fabulous Las Vegas region every year. The Hospitalist Team will be on site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Each full time hospitalist will provide up to 192 hours of clinical professional medical services per month consisting of 12 and eight-hour shifts. The Hospitalist Team provides service response to codes, consultations, inpatient episodic medical care, ICU procedures, unassigned ED call and patient admission/discharge. We offer a generous compensation package. Our physicians receive a very competitive salary with regular bonuses and full benefits for them and their family. Your medical malpractice will include your entire tail coverage.
